Spend a beautiful day at the beach, while helping us preserve the natural environment of Panama City! Beach cleanups protect marine wildlife and habitats from the hazards associated with trash in our waters, and they enhance the beauty of our shorelines.
AFCEC-Tyndall, AFNORTH, and 801st RHTS staff will be conducting the event on Saturday, 20 Sept from 0800-1000. Schedule:
- 0730: Participants without a CAC meet at the Tyndall Visitor Center for escort to the beach
- 0800: Participants with a CAC meet at the NCO Beach Parking Area (behind CAC/Horizons)
- 0800-1000: Beach Cleanup
- 1030: Complimentary tailgate-style picnic with Tyndall teammates family members
This is a family-friendly event (no dogs, please). Bring sunscreen, bottled water, and folding chairs for the picnic!
