Davis-Monthan AFB Update

Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Update Triple Header!

1st Lt Michael Martin, Deputy Director of the 355th Wing’s Program Integration Office, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ spearheads a massive $741 million, 55-project portfolio, relocating 11 units, 2,000 personnel, and integrating 34 additional aircraft to bolster the installation’s “Rescue and Attack” mission. Furthermore, he is at the forefront of establishing Davis-Monthan as the Air Force’s premier location for AI Data Center development.

1st Lt Joseph Maulhardt, 355th Civil Engineer Squadron – Engineering Flight, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ completed his commissioning from ROTC at San Diego State University in 2022 and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has served in the Air Force for a little more than 2.5 years, deployed once to Al Udied Air Base, Qatar. His current position is the deputy of the Engineering Flight at Davis-Monthan where he manages 23 personal and overseas $165M annual construction portfolio.

Capt Andrew Langness (355th Contracting Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ serves as the Construction Flight Commander for the 355th Contracting Squadron, where he leads the team responsible for planning, negotiating, and awarding all non-MILCON design and construction contracts across the installation. His role focuses on partnering with CES, PIO, and our industry teammates to deliver infrastructure that supports DM’s current and future missions.
