Over 30 members of the Baltimore Post joined the current Maryland Post Leadership Development Program (LMP) class at the Engineers Club in Baltimore on Wednesday evening, March 18, 2026, for an evening of networking, dinner, and an engaging leadership presentation.
The distinguished panel of speakers included Col. Francis Pera (Commander, USACE Baltimore District), Lt. Col. Marie Harnly (Commander, 316th Civil Engineer Squadron, Joint Base Andrews), Ed Chamberlayne (Vice President, Prime AE and former Commander, USACE Baltimore District), and Geoff Kuhlman (CEO, WeAlign Coaching and former Deputy Commander, USACE Baltimore District). Brandon Tobias (GFT, Inc.) served as moderator, guiding a dynamic discussion on key leadership topics such as change management, navigating organizational disruptions, effective communication, and problem-solving.
