2026 Tulsa Post Industry Day is now accepting abstracts for presentations.
It’s that time of year again and we are calling for abstracts for the 2026 Tulsa Industry Day which will take place on February 4-5, 2026.
We’re looking for fresh new ideas and presentations. Below are a few ideas:
- Technical discussions on recent projects or technologies
- Pros/Cons, lessons learned on Military Construction (pre and/or post solicitation)
- Pros/Cons, lessons learned on Government Civil Construction (pre and/or post solicitation)
- Past Performance – how to meet and exceed expectations, interim and final ratings, SSEB perspective on confidence rating.
- Early Exchanges with Industry – what, when, where, how, and why – (more than industry day) AE, Environmental, Construction.
- Quality Summit – quality management opportunities and best practices with A/E firms
- Subcontractor Development and Engagement – LB, SB, AE & Construction
- AE Partnering Playbook , Best Practices -AE Large and Small
- Joint Ventures and Mentor Protege – how to pick the best partner, how Government evaluates – LB, SB,
- Stop, Collaborate, Listen (Partnering) – how to improve communication, share risk, and align goals for the project. (EP for partnering, get contractor and government perspective)
- The Price is Right? Challenges to Negotiating and Estimating a fair and reasonable price. – Government and Industry
- Construction Contract Modifications- differing site conditions, basic change documents, requests for equitable adjustment. Government, Large and Small Business
- Decision Matrix – how does the Government decide on delivery method, what impacts a private company decision process in pursuing a project or program. PMs and Contractors.
