Glenn currently works for the Parsons Corp. where he serves as the Ukraine Program Director for military assistance and reconstruction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). BG Goddard retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2020 as the Deputy Director for Military Programs. He is dedicated to bringing SAME support to Ukraine’s civil society and sharing the lessons from worldwide members to help rebuild the country.

With an international upbringing and unique background shaping her profession as an Architect and Military Planner, Lindsay’s current role is Managing Director at MDLE.  Her experience includes managing design and planning projects across the US and Europe and she is committed to contributing to the SAME Ukraine Field Chapter based on her own personal experience at the outbreak of the Ukraine War while residing in Europe.

Chris is a licensed professional engineer and U.S. Navy veteran with 35+ years of experience in military and civilian installation management. As founder of Planate Management Group, he has led global teams delivering innovative engineering, infrastructure, and construction solutions across Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. As Secretary of the SAME Ukraine Chapter, Chris will ensure effective governance by maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and upholding policies. He will facilitate clear communication with members and partners, promote engagement through events and professional development, and help build a sustainable chapter that supports engineering, infrastructure, and resilience in Ukraine.
