ALCOSAN Plant Tour

Join SAME for a presentation and Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) plant tour to learn more about existing operations and plant expansion.

Important Information

Safety: There will be a significant amount of walking as part of this tour. During the tour, appropriate PPE, including closed toe shoes, vest, and hard hat is required. ALCOSAN Safety will provide vest and/or hard hat for anyone who does not have access to these items. Heels and/or open-toed shoes will not be permitted.

Parking: Please park at the prison and walk across the street to the plant.

Identification: You must bring legal identification (i.e., drivers license, PENNDOT ID) to get on plant.

Meeting Location: We will gather in the Annex Board Room before heading out together on the tour.

For security purposes all attendees must register by close of business Friday June 6. There will be not late registration or walk-in registration.
