Bio: Derik Callaway has over 25 years of experience in geospatial technologies and mapping. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Delaware and is a licensed UAS Part 107 pilot. Derik began his career as a stereo compiler, progressed to managing geospatial production teams, and later oversaw operations for an aerial acquisition company. Currently, he is the Operations Manager for SAM’s Easton, Maryland operations, where he leads complex geospatial projects, integrating both manned and unmanned spatial data for military and civilian applications.
