Join the SAME Ukraine Field Chapter for our inaugural event on Wednesday, Sept. 10 (9 am EDT | 4 pm Kyiv time). FREE with registration!
The event will mark the establishment of the Ukraine Field Chapter within the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and hosted by the SAME Blue Ridge Post. It aims to strengthen cooperation between engineering communities of Ukraine, the U.S., and international partners, foster dialogue on enhancing resilience, and contribute to Ukraine’s reconstruction. By creating a strong international platform, the initiative seeks to promote joint efforts in rebuilding, advancing security, and supporting Ukraine’s long-term development.
Major General Oleksandr Yakovets, Head of the State Transport Special Service under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the representatives of the SAME, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine are also invited to take part in the event.
The meeting will be held in English.
The meeting will be held under Chatham House Rule.
