Public Agency Membership in SAME

SAME’s Public Agency membership gives you the opportunity to network with professionals outside your service branch, unit, or agency (from both the public and private sectors) who are working collaboratively to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges. A great amount is demanded of your agency to plan and execute your work. SAME provides the opportunity to successfully conduct market research, find the trusted contractors you need to meet requirements, develop relationships, and build trust. Public agencies include federal, state, county, city/local government and utilities.

As your public agency membership allows you to name up to six individual representatives, you will also demonstrate your commitment to the people who make things happen for your organization. Your membership will empower your team to achieve great things and maximize organizational efficiency by providing access to all of SAME’s resources and a community of peers that can help them get the job done every day.

Terms & Details

SAME membership terms are based on an anniversary cycle, so you will renew on the anniversary of your join date. You may change Posts and members only at renewal. Replacements/Swaps outside of a renewal period will incur an additional fee of $55/person. A public agency membership belongs to the organization and includes membership in one Post (chapter) and allows you to list up to six members. These individuals also gain all the benefits of an individual member. Membership stays with the individual when they leave the organization. If your public agency membership lapses beyond our 90-day grace period, your membership term will begin on the day you renew.

SAME Public Agency Membership is $325 for three years for every six members.

NOTE: Dues are non-refundable.
