National Leadership Nominations Open October 1

Nominations for President-Elect, Vice President, and Elected Director will open Oct. 1, 2023!

The SAME National Leadership Team is calling for active involvement from its membership to elect the next cohort of National Officers and Elected Directors for the Society. SAME is committed to finding dedicated volunteer leaders with a broad range of society experience and a passion for leadership. The deadline to submit a nomination, or self-nominate, is Dec. 1, 2023. 

If you are interested in serving, or want to learn more about submitting a nomination, SAME’s Key Leader Development Commission will hold a webinar Oct. 5, 2023 with information on the types of roles, expectations, and responsibilities of serving.

SAME President Col. Charlie Perham, F.SAME, USAF (Ret.), provided President’s Guidance to the membership earlier this month detailing some of the top reasons SAME needs committed members to nominate others or self-nominate for these important leadership roles. Take this opportunity to nominate a member or raise your hand to make your contribution to SAME at the national level!
