The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s (USGIF) purpose is to promote the geospatial intelligence tradecraft and to develop a stronger community of interest between government, industry, academia, professional organizations and individuals who share a mission focused around the development and application of geospatial intelligence to address national security objectives. The execution of a partnership with SAME recognizes the intent to the two organizations to form a strategic alliance to facilitate collaboration, education and information sharing and to enhance professionalism in the Geospatial Intelligence/ Geospatial Engineering Industry. This partnership will be primarily maintained by our Communities of Interest and the National Office. However, Posts who have a large geospatial intelligence population should feel free to engage.
