The Golf Tournament is our premiere scholarship fundraising event to support engineer, scientist, and architect career fields at colleges and universities. Rocky Point combines a groomed championship golf course with panoramic views of the Northern Chesapeake Bay. Help us make this worthy cause a success while having a great day of networking and fun!

Event Schedule

7:00 AM Check-In, Registration and Continental Breakfast

8:00 AM Shot Gun Start

1:30 PM Post Golf Meal and Awards

Registration deadline is Saturday, June 1, 2024 or when SOLD OUT

Golf Registration:

• Individual Industry : $150

• Individual Government $125

Format of the tournament is Captain’s Choice. String and mulligans are discounted when purchased with registration on Eventbrite. Both will be available for purchase on-site.

Registration includes: Golf Fees, Golf Cart, Drinks, Meal, and a chance to win great prizes!

  • Utah Beach Landing (Trophy Sponsor) – $2500 LIMITED TIME AVAILABILITY. Single sponsorship opportunity. (4) Golfers included; company logo on each trophy; special recognition at event; company logo on all event marketing; company logo featured on select event signage; opportunity to directly participate in trophy awards ceremony; photos with trophy winners; receive electronic copy of attendee list.
  • Omaha Beach Landing (Ball Sponsor) – $2500 LIMITED TIME AVAILABILITY. Single sponsorship opportunity. (4) Golfers included; company name on custom event golf balls given to each registered player at the event; special recognition at event; company logo on all event marketing; company logo featured on select event signage; receive electronic copy of attendee list.
  • Gold Beach Landing (Towel Sponsor) – $2500 LIMITED TIME AVAILABILITY. (4) Golfers included; company name on a custom event golf towel given to each registered player at the event; special recognition at event; company logo on all event marketing; company logo featured on select event signage; receive electronic copy of attendee list.
  • Sword Beach Landing (Lunch Sponsor) – $1500 (2) Golfers included; sponsor sign with company logo at event catered lunch table(s); company logo on all event marketing; special recognition at event; company logo featured on select event signage; receive electronic copy of attendee list.
  • Juno Beach Landing (Breakfast Sppnsor) – $750 Single sponsorship opportunity. (1) Golfer included; sponsor sign with company logo at event breakfast table(s); special recognition at event; company logo on all event marketing; company logo featured on select event signage; receive electronic copy of attendee list.
  • Field Rations (Snack Sponsor) – $500 Single sponsorship opportunity. Unique and limited opportunity for this single sponsor to have an in-person presence at the event by hosting the snack table, if desired, with a single non-golfing company representative; sponsor also has the option to bring company-provided, company-branded items for display and give-way at the snack table; company logo on all event marketing; company logo featured on select event signage; receive electronic copy of attendee list; no golfer registrations included; sponsor provides all snacks and giveaways.
  • Airborne Operations (On-Course Challenge Sponsor) – $250 Company logo on a single sponsor sign prominently placed at one of the on-course events (e.g., Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Marshmallow Drive, Beat the Pro); receive electronic copy of attendee list; no golfer registrations included.
  • Normandy Invasion (Tee box / Hole sponsor) – $250 Company logo on a single tee box or hole sponsor sign; receive electronic copy of attendee list; no golfer registrations included.
