Applications for the 2024-2025 SAME Leader Development Program will open on Oct. 2, 2023. The deadline to apply is Dec. 1, 2023.
Established in 2019, the SAME Leader Development Program serves to identify and cultivate talent from within the Society’s membership to develop leaders for the future of the A/E/C profession. Since its inception, about half of participants have come from the uniformed services; the other half represent SAME member companies.
If you are interested in participating in the SAME Leader Development Program, applications open October 2. If you are still deciding and looking for more information on the program, a webinar will be held on Oct. 18, 2023. This webinar, free to members, will be hosted by Eric Wilbur, Chair, SAME National Leadership Development Program, and Brandi Smith, Co-Chair, SAME National Leader Development Program. Together, they will provide an overview of the program and be on hand to answer all of your questions or concerns.
