The May-June 2026 issue of The Military Engineer features articles on Project Delivery, including the delivery of plans for the first beddown of the B-21 Raider and a renovation of facilities at Naval Air Station Sigonella. A Special Report dives into OCONUS Engineering, focusing on planning challenges in NATO nations and resiliency and warfighter needs in the Pacific.

This issue also concluded the five-part article series covering the recovery and rebuild of Tyndall AFB following Hurricane Michael in 2018. Through this visionary program, Tyndall came back from devastation as not just the installation it was before the hurricane, but the “Installation of the Future” in terms of both next-gen technology and culture.
